RWB means RED, WHITE AND BLACK. The vision of the program is to increase the cadre of competent swimmers in Trinidad and Tobago and to provide customers with a diverse array of aquatic experiences regardless of age, ability or interest.
Each Class consists of three levels:
RED – Beginners WHITE – Intermediate BLACK – Advanced
The RWB Aquatic Academy is the official competitive swimming club of the Centre of Excellence Fitness and Aquatic Complex. The aim of the unit is to provide quality swimming and/or dryland sessions at each and every class, focusing on the Holistic Development of the athlete.
RWB Fitness provides aqua aerobics classes to the young, young at heart and the not so young. Aqua Aerobics is a low impact exercise which aids in strength, flexibility, injury rehabilitations and weight loss.
